Psalm 60 is a prayer from a season of defeat. David feels rejected, shaken, and overwhelmed; yet he turns to God, not away from him. This psalm reminds us that even when life feels fractured, the Lord is still sovereign. Sometimes he allows us to be shaken, but he also provides a banner of truth over those who fear him.
